Where do you deliver?

How long does delivery take?

How much does shipping cost?

All orders placed with Anne Amy include free shipping within the United Kingdom. No additional shipping or handling charges apply.


What is the order cut-off time?

Orders placed before 6:00 PM (GMT) from Monday to Friday may be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time, or during weekends, will be processed on the following business day.


Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your order at any time via our Track Your Order page. Please note that tracking updates may take 3 to 8 business days to become visible after dispatch, depending on the shipping carrier.


What payment methods do you accept?

How do I initiate a return?

Is there a restocking fee?

Yes. A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. This fee covers inspection, handling, and restocking. You will be informed of this fee before you confirm your return request. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of purchase. Once an order has entered processing, cancellation is no longer possible. After delivery, a return may be requested in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.


When will I receive my refund?

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within up to 10 business days. Please note that the 15% restocking fee will be deducted where applicable and that original shipping costs are non-refundable.


What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at support@anne-amy.com as soon as possible with photos of the product. In cases involving damaged or incorrect items, the restocking fee will be waived and return shipping costs will be covered by us.
